I led the transformation of Wirz Protection from an office in Lucerne to a fully location-independent company, from the initial concept through implementation to embedding it in daily operations. I was responsible for project planning and steered the redesign of processes, digital systems and collaboration. I coordinated internal staff and external partners and made sure day-to-day operations kept running throughout the transition.

As co-founder, I shape the development of Bark Bureau, a free app for animal shelters and animal welfare organizations. It brings together animal profiles, medical information and daily tasks and makes teamwork easier. I connect the needs of the organizations with product development and coordinate with development and marketing. I also manage partnerships and reach out to new organizations. Feedback from day-to-day use flows into further development, so the app supports shelter work where it matters.

I led the development and rollout of Security Pro, from the first process analysis to live operation. I turned manual, error-prone parking control workflows into an end-to-end mobile and web solution. I was responsible for process design, requirements and design mockups, put together the development team and steered implementation, testing and rollout. The solution reduced administrative work, errors and operating costs and laid the foundation for transparent processes and scalable operations.

I am responsible for planning and coordinating DIVICO's content, marketing and release activities. I connect the artistic direction with clear processes and a consistent presence across all platforms. I structure release and content planning, coordinate creative contributors and marketing partners, and manage schedules, tasks and approvals. This turns creative ideas into actual releases, aligned campaigns and a steady presence for the artist.

I was responsible for sales and marketing at MyAirSeat, from product positioning and targeted outreach to aircraft operators to guiding new customers as they started using the platform. I created marketing content, coordinated outreach activities and handled sales communication. Working closely with product and operations, I supported customer onboarding and connected our market approach with what customers needed from the platform.

I led Think Big Crypto from the first idea to the delivery of the website. I translated the goal of an easy-to-understand learning platform for crypto beginners into a concrete concept, a clear website structure and an agreed project plan. I was responsible for business and project management, defined the operational workflow and coordinated the individual workstreams. With early mockups and complete project documentation, I created a solid foundation for the design and build of the platform.
